yea some women have it all through the pregnancy and it gets bad at the end. i know :(

Yes, vaginal discharge is very common from many causes from changes in hormones to infection such as yeast or stds. Best to be safe and have the ob/gyn check it to make sure there is no infection that can harm the baby.
