There is no age requirement for using tampons. You might be more comfortable using tampons though if you are not a virgin, but don't take that as a reason to go have sex. If you feel like you can handle using tampons and want to give it a try, then do so. Age isn't a factor.

You don't have to be any age! I remember asking the same question. Oh and if you are wondering no you will not loose your virginity by wearing one! Just follow the directions and you will be ok. Their is no fear of them getting stuck either! Ok, hon you'll be all right!

you don't need to wear one untill you get your period, but there is nothing wrong with tampons ((as long as you regularly change them to prevent tsd)) and there is absolutely no age required.
