For women over 45 only does your temperature really vary?

Sometimes I exert myself just a small amount doing housework or whatever and I just sweat like it pours off me. Does this happen in that "time of life?" Is part of the peri menopause thing that your temperature goes wacko over anything including stress?

LOL ah yeah & I'm not even 45 yet I'M ONLY 44 & that's been happening to me for YEARS!!!

I don't experience this much at all and I'm also early 40's. I suffer at night and always sweat, freeze, sweat, freeze. God, so annoying.
