Why did somebody say, "ACTIONS SPEAK?

LOUDER THAN WORDS" and "EMPTY VESSELS MAKE THE MOST NOISE"? I see tons of junk in the internet everyday, is it noise that is fit for nothing and useless, if it is controlled from London, then is it correct that UK is an empty vessel?

Not sure what you're asking, here. But the first saying means that what you do has a greater impact than what you say. The second means that the people who have the least worthwhile things to say tend to be the most obnoxious.

Empty vessels make the most noise because of the echo!. I can't really describe what is meant by that but I am sure in the right context it makes sense!

1st: Anyone can say something, but people remember actions.
2nd: People with nothing inside tend to talk a lot as compensation for their lack of activity.

There is lots of useful stuff on the internet, but just like TV you need to decide what you're going to use the internet for.
