12hours means 12 at noon
13hours means 1p.m.after noon
23hours means 11p.m. before midnight
actually the people must be using 12 hours , 13 hours 23 hours instead of 12 pm, 13 pm, 23 pm
and if they really use pm instead of hours then they themselves don't know what they're speaking about
there is no such thing as 27 pm and 30pm or 27 hours and 30hours

i think 13 pm refers to 1 am of the next day, 23 pm to 11 am of the next day, 27 pm, of 3 pm to the next day and 30 pm, to 6 pm of the next day.

pm or am is properly used only with numbers 1 through 12. There is no such thing as 13pm. It is either 1:00pm or 13:00hrs. In the military, the latter is voiced as "thirteen hundred hours".

if there is a "hundred" after the number then it is military time.
Some people think it is better to just count each hour as it is...13th, 14th etc until reaching 24th and starting again.

i think 12pm is ok but 13pm up to 30pm is wrong. when u use military time then usage of pm must be omitted
