i feel really sick. i'm achey, nauseous, hot, cold, bloated, have diarrhea, feel weak, have a headache,uugh. are they any good home/natural remedies for really bad pms? should i increase my intake of certain things? foods? supplements?

I'm the same way. You should talk to your gynecologist about your symptoms. There are a few things that could be wrong and some of them could cause you more problems down the road. Just be straight forward, I'm sure they've heard it before. Mine didn't seem shocked at all. Good Luck!

Taking a warm bath and having some Ginger tea will help relax your body. The tea is important in two ways as it helps with hydration and Ginger is good for nausea as it helps settle your stomach. The hydration can help with your headache. Get better soon!

Don't have salty foods or caffeine, that will make everything worse. Get a heating pad or a nice warm bath, pain killers and a bed and sleep. Exercise before your period, that should help with some of your symptoms.

More high potency B vitamins, calcium, vitamin C, eat lots of greens, red meat (you need the iron), drink clear fluids, cut back on caffiene or better eliminate it. You may have a flu bug also.

yes less caffeine will help ,and a good eating habbit and exercise ,before it comes on .i hurt bad to but I do try this and it has helped ,some of us just hurt bad .mine is equal to labor pain .so I know where you are coming from .lots of water in your system ,good luck .

I remember my mom always saying don't walk barefooted or drink soda or any cold drinks and fresh mint tea is so good to drink hot...grow a plant and you will always have some...don't eat any oranges or lemons or limes...no acid food....

evening primrose oil you have to take it everyday even when not menstruating, also try acupuncture. don't eat sweets, salt, and caffeine(really hard!) and try taking a bath with salts
