What are some differences between men and women?

Question

I am not looking for general observations, like, Men are fundamentally superior, or men are capable and intelligent, but more specific observations, like, men are good at managing high stress situations without becoming petty and irritable, and women break down into emotional passive aggressive behavior in high stress situations.

Well Jordan, that is an interesting little proposition. Ignorance is bliss, because of its unawareness of its ignorance. So you could be ignorant and full of the confidence of your knowledge, but only unwittingly locked in a state of bliss. Such remarks are juvenile and useless.

You all should check out TecnoRat60's answer. See how he ignored the lurking inflammatory character of my question, and by his own observant intelligent mind rose above the level of my question.

Instead of telling me I am ignorant or any kind of sh*t like that, show me how an intelligent self secure calm mature person engages ideas.

Men define their success by tangible measures such as wealth, status, station.

The problem is there is no real answer to the question you ask - as there are differences between women & other women & men & other men. Not all men are good at handling stress, some women avoid getting emotional...

You cannot expect a specific answer because as soon as you get one you will meet someone who doesn't fit the description given. Sure out of 1000 men and 1000 women more women will be afraid of spiders & snakes perhaps, but many men will be too.

I'm curious why you would ask such a question. Do you have a particular person in mind with regards to seeing in a roundabout way if they are "normal"?

Of course, I've heard that in general women tend to mature faster (but not in all cases), men tend to be more logical while women tend to be more emotional (but I know people who break this "rule"), and many other things that, as I said above, no sooner did I hear than I met someone who didn't fit the pattern.

I use to coach men's and women's fencing at an NCAA level. I noticed that a guy, when he loses a difficult match, will become physically angry. He'll throw his weapon or mask down, stomp around and snap at teammates. Women, on the other hand, tend to deal emotionally with a difficult defeat. It is not uncommon for a female to cry after a loss.

Another very specific habit I've noticed is how men and women part their hair. Women tend to comb hair back and then part it. While men tend to comb hair forwards, and then part.

EDIT: I thought of yet another specific difference. Women tend to prefer their shower water to be warmer than a man does.

They will stab you in the back without batting an eye.
Very jealous creatures.
They want a man, but when they get one, they want to change him.,,also know his every move.
They will fork your brains out, till the I DO'S are said, then they become tired and have a lot of head-aches.
Men don't usually realize if they done something wrong or hurt you. Women on the other hand know exactly what they are doing to you, thought about every possible out come, I don't trust 'em at all.
