They could. Will they??? Different people are offended by different things.However once it is reported, the ethics committee takes over. My advice is to actually read the guidelines to avoid controversy.Even snitchin has its place. If more people ratted out/snitched/told about crime,it would decrease /disappear because there would be no space. for it. Peace.

Snitching is something kids do when they want to get their siblings in trouble.
If you are referring to adults "telling on someone" or whisleblowing......
You have a moral obligation to report any illegal or immoral activity to the proper authorities. That is expected of any honest citizen.
