How do you tell your half sister to go away, shes not invited. CHUCKY needs advise?

Chucky has a half sister named Liea. She not invited to the familys long lost reunion dinner, or my next wedding or for Thanksgiving. Even if she brings rice, the door is closed.

I think this question is poorly put you need to tell why you do not want her to show up more in detail. and tell us why if she did brigng rice why? Throwing rice is something that is done at weddings! I do not see that a problem please add more to your question so we can answer it. Thank you
