No I don't. Not everybody pays their tuition fee on time, especially if you're paying for it yourself. That and I just don't see the point in having your exam withheld over a lousy tuition payment. It's stupid.

Well yes and no....I understand college is expensive, but lots of people would simply not pay if they didnt have to (if there was no pressing need to). You should have a way to pay for college before you EVER enroll for classes.

Would you give someone something for free? Why should anyone else?
