Yes it will eventually if you keep yourself clean and dry, use babypowder, pantyliners, and have no sex. Otherwise you can get rid of it quickly with one week of Monostat 7 creme that you can buy at a drugstore.

Yeast infection is the most common irritation a woman has with the exception of her male partner. There is not need to suffer with a yeast infection even if it will go away by itself. Today they have one day treatment in a pill form. Go to the pharmacy and ask your pharmacist about it. They are there to help you. That is part of their job.

Not really, no. They symptoms may lesson, but they'll keep coming back. Not treating it opens you up for other infections.

If you cannot afford treatments, there are homeopathic remedies-- get a tub of PLAIN (NOT FLAVORED) yogurt and use it like a lotion (it contains the same bacteria that are normally present to kill the yeast), and expose the area to light (the fungus is most happy in warm, wet, dark places). There's a one-day pill your doc can give you and that's the best option because the stuff I listed probably will lesson, but not cure, the symptoms.

I don't know if it will go away on its own, but why wait and see. Go to your doctor and get medication for yeast infections. They work great in a week or less. Or see your pharmacist and ask his/her advice. Over the counter meds are good too. Don't wait and suffer needlessly do something about this now.
