Type Regedit.exe in Run
You can search the registry for 'domains' to see all the sites visited. It'll show up a few times but keep pressing F3 until you get to the one that lists the sites. It should be under HKey-local-machine ->software ->Microsoft ->Windows ->current version

Just because you hit the delete button does not mean the files are gone. A file recovery program, which can be gotten online for free, can "undelete" any file you have erased.
A disk eraser, such as "Sure Delete", will permanently erase these files. It WILL NOT bother any files you have not deleted. You can also get in for free online.

I believe spyware are little programs and files that track what sites you have visited and add pop ups accordingly. So, even though your internet history and cookies are erased, if you have spyware or adware or other infections, they could track where you surf. good luck.

A key logger, and if you need more details of what's been done, get one that tracks mouse cordinates.
Also, tricking someone else into putting one one their computer is illegal, so I hope you only plan on what's being looked at on your own, or your son's or whatever.

You also can go into the computer and set it back to a previous date.
So even if you have deleted everything, it could show up again by doing a little time warp on your machine.
