Since i'm an Asian and considering the type of society we live in where there are still very rigid and petty social acceptnces, will there be problems once we are married

First of all, nobody needs to know how much either of you make, and it's tacky to ask. Second of all, it's only a problem if YOU have a problem with it. Apparently a lot of men want to feel 'needed' and they don't like when their women are better earners. But if it doesn't bother you than it's NOT a problem. And if anyone gives you a hard time about that, then you should be a man and stick up for yourself and your wife - let them know it's none of their goddam business how much money either of you make.

why would there be ? who really cares ? once you are married it is your money as a couple...you both earn it and you both decide how to spend it right ? Money should never = power in a loving relationship and that is the only way a problem could develop. Forget what other people think...no-one needs to know what either of you earn. : )

It should not be a problem if you are mature about it. What business is it to others what your or your wife's salary is anyway. Just don't tell anyone else about it if your society frowns on it and enjoy the extra money she provides for the family.

That shouldn't be any kind of problem unless you are male chauvinist pig. As long as both partners provide for a better living is what really matters the most.
