The Islanders beat the Penguins in the Stanley Cup playoffs in the mid-70s after being down 3-0 and I think it was done during the World War II years, also in hockey. But never in the NBA. I had thought that the Red Sox did it in 2004, but some other poster on your other question said that Dave Roberts was out in the 9th inning of game 4, after coming in to pinch run for Millar, so I guess the answer is no, not in baseball.

You've either been in a coma for the last three years, or just wanna rub it in...the 2004 Yankees were up 3-0 over the Red Sox for the AL championship and ended up losing the series in 7...the first, and so far only time it's ever happened

Happened three times - twice in hockey, once in baseball. 1942 Stanley Cup finals when Toronto came back from 3-0 to beat Detroit was the one no one else has mentioned.
