You are too heavy. A male at 5 feet should weigh about 115, a female about 100 lbs., tops...

Get help now- obesity at your age can lead to a long future of health problems. Don't diet, but cut out sweets, especially regular sodas, and start walking HARD at least 20 minutes a day. Good Luck.

Peace.

It not only depends on your height, but your bone structure. A 13 yr old should be getting regular checkups at the doctor. Only your pediatrician will be able to gauge your height & weight, to see if you're a healthy weight or not.

Just remember that everyone is different, and weight is never about numbers. Some people have a larger/smaller bone structure than others, not to mention muscle mass. A 6 foot man who lifts weights everyday will weigh much more than a 6 foot man who is an accountant.

Just remember to eat right, drink plenty of water, and see your pediatrician regularly.

Im 13 and i weigh like 113 and im five feet tall so i think if you loose about 20 pounds you'd be in the normal range.

Walk everyday & giveup snacking and you should be good to go and if you like your body than there is no need to give up snacks

i'm 20 years old, 5'3", had a baby six months ago, and currently weigh 145. i still have 20 pounds to lose before i get to my pre-baby weight of 125 lbs - a normal healthy weight for my height/age/body frame (i'm curvy). you're still going through puberty and stuff, if you are concerned about your weight take up a class at your ymca or a local gym, or get out and walk with family or friends! :)

the utmost for adults, discounting being obese by using muscle, at 5'5" or 5'6" is right around 150-150 five. you're no longer fat yet you're on the heavy area of standard weight variety.
