What makes you so sure? Have you seen the results from the DNA evidence? I would not be so quick to decide, we have not seen all the evidence yet.
How can we get PAST it and move on until her killer is caught and prosecuted.
I wonder if you would feel this way if it were your child. I would want the story out there everyday until the killer of my child was caught. I would bet, the parents of the more than eight hundred other children that were murdered that same year had the publicity that this case has had. I know I can not tell you the name of ONE of the other children, CAN YOU?

This is an unsolved murder case of a young girl. All has been forgotton in the news media about JonBenet, but recently some nutcase claims he did it! If he did it or didn't do it, the fact remains that a nut needs to be removed from a second grade class in Thailand. So, I'm fine to move on, how bout you?
