Although that is not possible under "current" law, he will probably try. At the very least, he'll try to get his brother Jeb in there. Bush and the Republican/Democrat Parties are no dummies. I just got back from a trip to the New England states and it became clear to me how the Republican/Democrats have managed to maintain control throughout our history.
The New England states are densely populated, controlling enough opinion and voting power to sway entire elections. What BOTH of the parties have done, which is why no third party has ever successfully acquired the Presidency, is to literally follow the US Constitution in THE NEW ENGLAND STATES. People in the NE States are peaceful and happy and the police are calm and mild mannered. It is a wonderful place.
What they have done, is to leave those people alone and allow them to live as most humans want to live, in peace and tranquility. And, that goes for all races. There is a wide range of racial backgrounds and as best I can tell, people get along wonderfully there.
So, down south, in central USA and out west, minus California, the law is strong arming the population, constantly keeping people in fear of the police, the IRS and any other governmental agency you can think of. By upsetting the south, they make the southern people look like out of control rednecks to the New England state people who are ALLOWED to live under the US Constitution and therefore have a good life and have faith in the government.
The bottom line, as I see it, is that those New Englanders, and there are a LOT of them, think the rest of the country are uncivilized animals. And this serves a GREAT PURPOSE to government. The Government, by causing chaos in other parts of the country, tricks the New Englanders into thinking that the rest of the country is crazy and when the Revolutionary $hit hits the fan, the Traitorous US Government will simply call on those who control the infrastructure of manufacturing arms, much of the technology and who are heavily financed, in the New England States to back them up. And they will be successful.
We are in some real trouble here in the USA. Our government has betrayed us over and over since around 1900 and since about 1960, things have gotten really bad. I believe a Revolution is coming and I believe it is needed. The government has taken it upon itself to tell us how to live our lives and knowing that we don't want to listen, has resorted to brain washing us through the media and tricking different parts of the population into thinking the other parts of it are the problem.
So yes, to answer your question, YES, I do believe Bush will steal the election, again, given half a chance. And he has MORE than half a chance right now.
I also believe ALL of Congress, the Senate, the high courts and all else who have allowed our constitutional rights to be degraded should be removed from office with prejudice. And when they are removed, it should be a PERMANENT solution. I believe MOST of the government since the early 20th century to be traitorous to the US Constitution. The USA has been migrating towards an Empire for quite a while now.

I believe that it is already happening. Let's see what happens with the mid-terms. I'm sure Minnesota knows Bush can't run again. On the other hand, he still has 2 years to change the constitution and he's been able to get most of what he wanted. So, Heads Up!!!

Its clear that the Bushes really want to stay in power, and they have an excelent track record with rigging elections and sliding by WITHOUT the popular vote. That dingleberry Jeb and that pissant little turd nephew of GW are both slobbering over the idea of being the next inbred halfwits to run the nation.

Bush can't run again. He's on his second term and the President can only serve two terms. So no Bush again....

Sombody once stole a large pot that i became utilising to develop a clematis over the front door. It had grown really some feet too and they purely emptied the pot out on my doorstep and took the pot! It became in ordinary words £a million.ninety 9 from Wilkos. if that they'd have knocked on my door i'd have given them 2 quid to flow and get their own.
