Which would make me a happier human being? Hard to say. I'd ask my honey and let her decide. Failing that, toss a coin.

I would rather have 10 points added to my IQ, my penis is average and long enough. With the 10 points added to my IQ I would be smart enough to know that the size of a mans penis is not the deciding factor in pleasing a woman so why waste 10 IQ points on something that does not matter. IQ is way better then inches to a penis.

10 points isn't sh*t and two inches would really hurt a chic added to what i got, lol. So i would do this, give the ten points to a women of interest. Or just add the 2 inches- in width.... but what if i couldnt get head anymore. What kind of question was this? feminist or pimp related. Take care and good luck!
