I cannot get into the 49ers website because it is asking for javascript and flash to be installed>

Its very simple to install javascript and flash into your browser.
For Installing javascript follow these instructions..
1. Open the webpage http://www.java.com/
2. Download Java Webstart from here.
3. Simply save the setup file into your harddisk and after downloading double click on this file and follow the installation instructions.
For installing flash into your browser follow these instructions
1. Open the webpage http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
2. Save the file and double click on it and follow installing instructions.

It is already installed for just about any browser that has been released in the last 5 years.

You can upgrade your browser and your Flash plugin, but not your JavaScript rendering engine.

Go here to download Java.

Go here to download the Flash player. You have to accept the ActiveX control. Watch for the yellow dropdown bar.
