What would happen to the PH values?

It actually depends on the substances. If a substance is a weak acid or base, the addition of water will dilute the solution, but because some of the substance exists as an un-dissociated molecule rather than as ion pairs, it will actually provide more ions to compensate, or as chemists might say it, you push the equilibrium to one side of the equation. A strong acid or base, on the other hand, completely dissociates in solution and so adding water will only dilute it, causing the pH to move toward neutral.

Your question does not specify what the substances are, so it is impossible to say what they will do with the addition of water. Also, you don't say how much of these solutions you have, so if you had 1 cm3 of solution and added 10cm3 of water to it, it would have much more of an impact than if you had 100 L of solution and added 10 cm3 of water to it. There are a lot of variables in this question that we don't know, so this is the best answer I can give you.

there will not be any change in ph bcoz distilled water has neutral ph but ifdistilled water is contaminated,it may raise or decrease the ph of the substances

the ph of distilled water is approx. 7 so the 6pH would slightly rise and the 14 would slightly drop

Nothing happens. PH is not dependent on dilution. A concentrated sulphuric acid and dilute one have same PH like a concentrated sodium hydroxide and a dilute one.

you should have supplied what is the original volume before you have added the 3cm^3 of distiled water any it will reduce the concentration

his question can not be answered. ou need to know the volume of the two substances
