... others keep posting the same answer over and over? I've seen this happen where no 2nd answer was posted for several minutes after the 1st -- so the copycats HAD to see the 1st answer.
Is this in hopes that the asker will randomly give the 4th answerer the points or what?

Is it an ironic twist for the 1st correct responder to edit their reponse to include all the extra fluff the secondary responders added in hopes of getting the points?

I think it's all a matter of timing... sometimes, I've been the first to answer and by the time I type out my answer and post it, there are four or five other answers that are the same.
