We, as females expect so much from sex. If it is your first time, or your twentieth time. We always expect so much, which makes our body very tense. It is different for guys. It is external for men and internal for women. When it comes to women, we have a fear of it hurting internal organs, which makes our bodies tense up. When you can fully relax your body and have no fear of it hurting internally, you will fulling experience pain free sex. It can not hurt your internal organs. Our bodies were made to enjoy this, not dislike sex.

Could be medical or it could be that just some positions cause some female discomfort not all women are pretzels then again it could be maybe just maybe the man is too big for her my guess would be the first two and depending on her age I would strongly go with she may have cyst on her ovaries nothing to really sweat over but she needs to talk to her doctor about it

Because he or she is not doing it right, try communicating with your partner, ask for a little foreplay, if you don't like something tell them to stop and to try something different, also it may hurt if there is no lubrication, get some lube and tell them to go slower.

It doesn't, in my experience.
If you're being 'hurt', then I think maybe you're not having a typical experience. I'd suggest either talking it over w/your doctor.
Consider talking it over w/your partner... particularly if you're pretty sure it's something they're doing & not something about you or your body.

well it souldnt!
when done right it is suppost to feel good not hurt.
it dont hurt me (most of the time, there will always be that one mishap where things move wrong and it ouchs both parties) my hubby calls me a sexaholic.

cuz our uterus (the hole) isnt big enough so when he ya u kno it stretches. and it hurts but not bad.
