I don't think that's possible. Insanity is an uncontrollable mental defect and drunkeness is a temporary state of intoxication brought on by the deliberate consumption of alcohol. Regardless. you should quit so you can think clearly and distinguish the two girls from each other. If the Las Vegas girl is easier, go with her, as I don't think you will make much progress with the teacher in your present state of sexual dysfunction. But be very careful of your valuables.
