My height is 174cm and I weigh 49kg
And i'm a male..

Yes, that's very thin. I'm about your height (maybe a little bit shorter) and I weigh about 155 lbs (70 kg). And I find that I am a little too thin! It could be that you are not active enough and do not eat right. You didn't say how old you are either, so I'll assume you're an adult and not a teenager (although that would still be light for a teenager; I'm only 21 years old!). You wouldn't believe how many problems like yours can be caused by eating the wrong things. Visiting a doctor might be a good idea. But I think your problem is almost certainly caused by poor diet and lack of activity. Change your diet first, and then slowly start exercising. If you don't know what is the right diet, you can find lots of information online or in a public library. Fruits, vegetables, whole grain bread, seeds and nuts, fish, chicken, etc, should all be part of your diet. If you're a vegetarian, I think you'll have to eat a lot of beans to get enough protein. Anyway, get your diet on track as soon as possible, because you won't be able to do vigorous exercise well until you do. And the stress that exercise puts on your bones and muscles is good for you. Very hard to say. Everyone is different... That being said, I know a man who's 175 cm and his lowest adult weight was about 60 kg. He has a thin frame. This was when he exercised a lot and had decent muscle weight.

Anyway... 49kg (108 pounds) sounds like not quite enough weight on an adult male that's 174 cm (5'9"). I would recommend that you go see a doctor and get their opinion.

I'm just about 5'6" (sorry, don't know metric off hand) and weight about 125lbs. In muscular shape, so I would imagine maybe you're a tad under weight.

you should between 60-70 Kg , get some sports
