If a guy is a virgin people consider him a loser but if a girl is a virgin everyone thinks that should be admired because she is "pure."

I knew people would say I'm a virgin, but I'm actually not. I lost it when I was 16 and it wasn't as big of a deal as I thought it was. I don't see why people think others are losers or not because of virginity.

its hypocrosy plain and simple and i think that if a guy is a virgin then good for him and if hes not well then hes not same for the girl if she is good for her if not well shes not. who cares

Because double standards are human nature. In this case women are at the receiving end of unfairness because men can get away with it.
Look around. Double standards are everywhere. If you expect people to treat you unfairly for their own personal gain, you'll be able to protect yourself and live as comfortably as possible.

I don't think a guy that is Virgin is loser though, more like a diamond in the rough!
Girl's are often called teases sometimes too.

I have known several male 'virgins' over the age of 18 who were not 'losers'. I admire and respect that they never succumbed to peer pressure.
Same goes for all of the young ladies who have for whatever reason decided to practice abstinence.

not really most women if they find out a man is a virgin they secretly go up to him because they'd like to rob him of his innocents. Believe me! Something about the forbidden fruit we all got to have. And if a girl is still a virgin one of two things, she's lying, or two she is a prude!
