I'm stress out cause of my production working 5months when can i go on stress leave only working 5months?

i am not sure of stress leave but do you have any personal days saved up you can take? try and take it clost to weekend so you have extra days.

For routeen jobs there should not be any stress ;increase friend circle who can ventilate production pressure by decent talks etc .
