For wallpapers: http://www.winmatrix.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=1117
For the dock: y'z dock: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download2790.html
Icons: http://www.interfacelift.com
Screensaver: http://www.maddogsw.com/flurry/

To get that Leopard or Tiger theme, do this:

1. Download the UXTheme Multipatcher:
http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/OS-Enhancements/UXTheme-MultiPatcher.shtml

Run it, follow the directions to patch your uxtheme.dll file. This allows you to apply themes to windows.

2. Go to deviantart.com and find osx themes.

I found two already:
http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/17625638/
http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/8615977/

3. Download the themes and apply them! Then just download the dock, apply the icons and the wallpaper, and you're all set.

// EDIT

The post below me recommends StyleXP. I do not recommend using that. Not only does it cost money, it's also boated. It will slow down your system because it remains running at all times. Furthermore, all of Deviantart's themes can be applied as long as you've runned the uxtheme patcher. The patcher basically replaces a file in your system folder; thus it doesn't slow down your computer at all and since it's not even a program, doesn't remain running in the background like StyleXP does.

You need to get a program called StyleXP that lets you change your Windows theme to look like a mac OS X one (as well as other things. Install that and load their Panther/OS X lookalike, also install Yahoo Widgets and download some stuff that you want. Move your taskbar to the top of your screen, and download a piece of software like ObjectDock (from StarDock) to be the shortcut bar, which you will place at the bottom of the screen.

Of course, there will still be some differences, but that's good enough, and should take you no longer than 10 minutes to download and set up. So remember, download ObjectDock, Yahoo Widgets, and ThemeXP.
