Depends on how many children. $150 a month doesn't really seem to be that much, I'd ask for more. National minimum is about $52 - $58 per week, for one child. Here's the breakdown it usually goes by:
17% ---1 child
23%----2 children
29%---- 3 children
33%----four children.
They are allowed to take all but 50% of his income if you have that many children. And the courts don't consider other obligations the payer may have...the children come first.

Invite him over by saying you won't be needing any child support anymore because you are getting married but tell him he has to sign a form to get it done. When he comes in throw a pillow case over his head and lock him in a closet for awhile. Then after he is paying attention renegotiate the terms of the support.

my girlfriend has a 9 year old daughter and she has never saw any child support and her dead beat dad has 5 bench warrients against him and running from the law.but her daughter calls me daddy cause iam the only dad she knows.but to answer your question,i would say the same thing as the other person said,put his *** in jail.

NY is 17 percent for one child, and raises with each additional child. Go to court, you will get more.

It's about 350.00 my son's mom makes 1200.00 an she is suppose to pay 254.00 a month. Like I said she is supposed to pay. But good luck in getting him to pay.
