im 12, and i really want to get dicovered, as i already asked in a question i wrote. Someone PLEAAASE explain to me what you have to do to get all of this stuff to happen. Like how in the heck to i get a agent???

Discovered in what venue? Acting, writing, modeling? I have a flash for you, kid, you don't just "get an agent" in anything. Most agents only accept people as clients who have GREAT potential and who have already proven they have what it takes in their particular field. You sound like all you want is some attention because it sounds so silly to say I want to get discovered." You need to work at your craft (whatever that is) for years, have the right connections, and be prepared for failure because it is very difficult to make it in acting, writing, or whatever. Very few make it big.

You're 12, just be 12! Getting 'discovered' in anything will quickly put you into the adult world, enjoy being 12, it's over way too quickly! Go to school, get an education, go somewhere where you can hone your skills and learn your craft, that will help you get discovered.
