In the whole world? I'd have to say false -- not too many IV drug users in rural africa or other less developed areas - it's gotta be through sexual transmission

False. The most common means of HIV transmission is via unprotected sexual act. Intravenous drug use is the most common in some countries of the world.

I'm taking a punt here on false.

Considering the rate the infection is spreading through parts of Africa, I don't think IV drug use would be the cause. Sexually transmitted.
