men don't think. they only think with only one side of the brain. the other part of the brain is in their pants.

dont worry ..he may not like his ex-wife but that has nothing to do with her mom.. she may be a good lady.. ive seen my ex 2 times in 3 years but i see her mom 4 times a year... her mom and i get along very well and when i talk to her on the phone she always says i love you before she hangs up and same with me .. if you have a problem then talk to your husband and try to understand ...

Maybe not - he could have a very good relationship with her. My best friend still stays in touch with her ex-husband's parents and says she loves them all the time. They like her more than they do their own son...
Of course, the fact that he doesn't say he loves you may indicate a problem with your relationship, and you certainly should be concerned with the fact that he can express emotions to her, and not to you...

Sounds like he's a pathological liar. I'd drop him and get somebody without committment issues. But that's just me.

He doesn't say "I love you" to you?!
I can see him still loving his ex mother-in-law. Maybe she and he were close friends. Maybe they got along really well and all that. And I can see him saying "I love you" to her. Meaning that he loves her (not in-love tho). But not saying it to you is not cool.
It's weird that he never said it to his ex either. I love saying that to someone. I wish I had someone to say it to! lol
Have you asked him about this?
It sounds quirky to me. You need to talk to him about this. Good luck to you.

It's entirely possible that he loves her.
What's wrong with that?
