The only way I've seen it done is in the Parent Trap. :) Mark the spot with a non toxic marker, use ice to numb the spot, heat a needle over flame to sterilize it, and if piercing your ears, put half of an apple behind the spot where your going to pierce so the skin will have something to lay against and when it hits the apple, you'll know you've gone all the way through.

yes take a rusty needle and put like ice on you and like push it in and like put an earing in it, you dont have to like clean it cuz it wont matter.
How could you not want help from a pro? Are you so dumb that you just dont care maybe you really want to piss your parents off yeah get gang green that will show them! Your so ignorant! If you really wanted some good advice you ask for any advice, but instead you'd rather get info on how in every which way not to do it! Have fun hope you don't die. More than likely your one of those people that do it your self, and really screw yourself over and cry to your parents and blame the first tattoo shop you cant think of. you low life piece of Sh1t. hope you catch somthing good that you actually have to suffer from!!

What the hell, did piercing just get invented 10 years ago when they started doing it at the mall. Gangrene, thats funny! I guess no one was born before they came up with a maternity ward at the hospital either. Ever see them knuckleheads with the plates on their bottom lips, I guess they fly to LA to get those done then return to the jungle. Idiots.

oh my, that's super risky. if u like the look of a swollen red hole in your skin with green puss coming from it, then give a safty pin a shot.
i pierced my nose with a safty pin when i was 13, it hurt like a sonofabitch and got infected...i think little shops like clairs and icing do it at the mall for super cheap these days. are we talking a nose or ear or a belly button or tongue?
i hope not a tongue. i have major arteries running down the underside of it, u could bleed to death if u hit it.

pierce where? i pierced both my ears...3 holes in one ear..one hole in the other..getting ready to do it again....some people numb the site..me personally, i just pushed it through...was hot for a bit because of the pressure i guess, but all is well and I've never had a problem
i also heard they sell one time use piercing guns so you can "do it yourself"

Not recommended but I suppose you're probably going to do it anyway. Just please use a clean needle. NOT a safety pin passed through a flame from a lighter.

use a sterile needle , only and only a sterile needle , i did to myself two of them for my earrings , its really safe if you using sterile needle, not used .
