I wouldn't go too big or you'll look like a freak! Small D maybe....Oh and be sure to go through the belly button and under the muscle otherwise you'll have unsightly scaring and breasts that look like water bags hanging off your chest.
But I think a small C is perfect for your size and weight.
However, I think in order for us to properly help you.....We're gonna have to see um.......jk!

God I wish that women would stay with their original breasts especially size C's women. Why do women think that their breasts define them. I personally love small breasts. My wife actually had a breast reduction and she is so sexy. Women, your breast are yours to do with what you want but only little minded men with big eyes like big breasted women.
That is how i feel about it. Save your money and buy some breast enhancing bras... but i think your breasts are just fine. I Love small to medium breasts.

What advice has your surgeon given you? You should go with whatever size you feel comfortable with. Go up a size or two in a C and see how you look. But again, it's what you feel comfortable with.

Why would you want to go any bigger? You're tiny and you've already got an ample breast size, if you go any bigger, you're going to look like a genetic freak.

No more than a small D if you really feel you want this done. You sound very slim, so you might look unbalanced if you go any bigger. HTH.

You're a good height and weight. I don't think you could handle anything too big and obvious. 34C would be good for you. Any bigger and I don't think you'd be happy. I hope you're doing this for yourself and not so guys will like it.
