O.K. I am a 20 year old who is absolutely sick of the restrictive laws of this Country, (USA), and think that I may steal a Yacht or a Ship, and sale my stoner *** to the Netherlands.

If I was sucessful in this attempt and did reach Dutch waters, what is the possibility that they would take me in as a citizen without naturalisation papers, and if they refused my stay, would I be extrodited back to the United States to face charges.

If so, what would those charges be?

Like was said above, your chances of staying in illegally are pretty slim, you would get extradited, but I doubt the US could do anything to you after that, so no charges there.

The only way to stay over here longer is on a work contract, or by funding your own new business over here, which should be viable enough to live off.

Marrying a Dutch girl might be easier.

I have a Dutch pen pal that told me that the Dutch are getting pretty sick and tired of the amount of stoners stumbing around there streets and getting into trouble. Mexico just passed a new law about legal drug possetion, so try there.

Yeah, the immigration laws here are (almost) as tough as they are in the US. Without a visa you ain't goin' nowhere. You are allowed in the country for 90 days with a US passport.
If you stay longer and they catch you, which they will because it's so effing small here, you will be dropped off at the airport to find your own way home.
