No one chose to bring charges against Cynthia McKinney. Fortunately her constituency saw fit to oust her in her primary to keep her job.

Cynthia doesn't deserve jail. Regardless of her controversy, she has help pass excpetional, positive laws into effect. I don't liek that she seems to attract controversy, which ultimately overtakes her record of public service, but I will admit that she has done a lot of good despite her penchant for attention.
