The skirts that I am referring to are the pleated skirts that a lot of school girls and most women wear that blow up in the wind, make it hard for you to sit down and bend over because you would show off your panties/thong. Do you have this problem? If so please explain in detail and include how you solve the problem and the color panties/thong you were wearing at the time.

My neighbor is 400 plus pounds. Her skirts are pretty short. She has a lot of difficulty sitting down and bending over but I do not think the skirt is the problem. Even if here private parts were visible, would you want to look?

My personal experience is that I do not care to flash my butt around to anyone. I do not have a big butt, but still, my hindparts are private. I prefer longer skirts. No one sees my intimate apparel unless I want them to.
