ya ok i want to thick legs and flat tummy that a female boxer has. so how can i get it? please help me.

start training like a boxer.

Really the only way is to train as a boxer does. You could take a kickboxing class as well, this way you are working with hitting the bag and not fighting other people in the ring. Boxers do a LOT of running, and upper body workout...not lifting as much as punching a bag and working on speed. You should take a class - this way you will be training safely and not guessing...that can cause injury.

Roller blading/skating or ice skating....tremendous workout for the legs and abs.. think of speed skaters and hockey players ... many of those tiny ice skaters even have thick thighs

Get into boxing!

That, or just do lots of leg-lifts and crunches. But for the full effect, you oughta be straining those biceps as well.
