this is for pharmacology for medical assisting.Im terrible at math. My book says i need to convert 2.5 lb/kg and im not sure how to make this into a formula to complete the problems.I tried to look it up onpine and everything i find says it is 2.2 lb/kg but my book wants it this way. so if the problem is convert 150 lbs to kg using 2.5 lb/kg what are the steps?? please use this example problem to show me all the work so i can complete these.

just divide 150 by 2.5=60

Given 2.5 lb/kg

150 lb = (150/2.5) kg = 60 kg

60 kg

look at the units...make them cross out
150 lbs 1 kg
-------- x -------- = 60 kg
1`````````2.5 lb

sorry...can't get the spacing right on this. the ````` is supposed to be just space
