what are the way to pregnent a woman, if there is difficulty that she would not be releasing in intercourse. what are the main reason? If size of penis is small then what should do?

Hey buddy, think your grammar needs some attention. As for getting you wife pregnant, well there can be many reasons for that. You need to release your semen into her at the right time when her ovulation period has just completed. If you are doing this you should check if your sprem count is normal. Also the reason could be that you wife has a problem with her ovulation,indiaction being she doesnt get her periods on time. Ask her to visit a gynac.
Dont worry even if you/your wife have a problem with your reproductive system. Its still possible to get a child with test tube babies, you would have to talk to you doctor for that. But dont worry, God willing, all will be fine. Do give us the good news. Happy Love making :)

If you want to get your wife pregnant try having sex when she is ovulating. Ovulation is the release of a mature egg (ovum) from the ovarian follicle. Each menstrual cycle, several ovarian follicles begin to mature and develop under the influence of pituitary hormones. Usually only one follicle develops fully. While the other follicles recede, this dominant follicle produces an egg which will be released and which can be fertilized. Women ovulate exactly 14 days before their next period and sex during this period increases the chances of pregnancy.
Also make your wife feel sexy, explore her body. Try pleasuring her in ways you've both never experienced before. Try being romantic like buying flowers, running bubble baths, rubbing her feet, etc. This will get her in the mood. The size of your penis has nothing to do with whether or not she orgasms. Some women receive orgasms from vaginal stimulation, g-spot stimultaion, and/or clitoral stimulation so find out which one gets her going.

Your wife may have to see a doctor called an RE. It's just normal not to get pregnant the first few times but if you're trying for a year or so, you should definately see a doctor.

Limit sex to only her most fertile time of the month. If that does not work, go to the doctor and get a sperm count to see if it is normal.
