because it is your worst fear that is why it stay close to the top. Because if it wasn't your worst fear it would be forgotten already.

Look at the situation with your mother, then look at the dream. take a few deep breaths and just let it go right on past you.

No need to dwell on the past now.

You answered your own question really. The reason you probably had the dream is because you were afraid to move in with your mother there for your subconscious kind of reminded you in its own little way.

You may be able to let go on a conscious level but you must relax and be able to go through the terrible memories of living with your mother and be at ease with them because you know that you will never move back in with her if you don't want to (unless your underage and then you kinda have your arm twisted. You can always run to child services.)

Hope this helps
James

Well it could have been something that you have done during the day or talked about and it showed up in a dream. Well you can be very careful by watching your bills and taking care of yourself and this will not happen. You just have to take care dreams are not all right. This had to be something your subconscience dreamed up by you speaking to someone or thought of yourself. but dont' be afraid, just make it not so it sup to you.

Everyone dreams about things that they're afraid of. It doesn't necessarily mean anything. Could you be forced to move back in with her against your will? If not, then you are in complete control, and there's no need to be afraid. Have a pleasant and restful night's sleep.

A fear of dependency. Don't worry about it, our dreams are just a way for the brain to get rid of all the crap we worry about - it's like defragmenting your hard drive. Everyone has doubts - you are normal! :)

Night dreams are like day dreams... Moving back in with your mother is just something that crossed your mind, while you were sleeping, so you dwelled on it a bit. No biggy... no deep routed, sub-conscious symbolism.

Peace. :)

Here I thought I was the only one that had that nightmare. Seriously, I'd rather face vampires in my sleep than that. Doesn't it feel SO good when you wake up to realize it was only a dream?

Just a couple of guesses.

It could be fear of failure, cause that's what you'd do if you failed.

Or it could be a desire to be taken care of.
