Bear in mind that Philip Rivers has yet to take a snap in a game that mattered. He is the biggest unknown quantity in the NFL, and he didn't look so good against the Bears defense yesterday. On the other hand, Tomlinson and Gates will make any QB look good, and they didn't play against the Bears.

I would, for the main reason it's easier for a Rookie QB to make an impact than a Rookie WR. Moss will be lucky to post 500 yards and 3-4 TD's.. Rivers could turn into a huge sleeper pick.

It would depend on what your depth is. I would keep Moss hold your waiver position. I think Moss is going to be awesome and you know some quarterback is going to get injured the first week so you can grab a backup who went undrafted if you need to.

yes i think rivers is going to be pretty good for a first year starter and moss is hurt and would only be the fourth or fifth look at best

Is it a keeper league? If not, you shouldn't have either player on your roster.
