120 pounds is not heavy at all. Please don't worry about your weight at this age. It's very important to eat well while you're still growing. If you're *really* concerned about your weight, consider taking up a sport or exercise such as walking or rollerblading, but don't take it to an extreme, and I wouldn't worry about dieting at all.
Models are very often underweight and unhealthy. Their bodies look that way because they are supposed to resemble a clothes rack. You don't want to look like that, trust me.
There's a lot of things more important than how you look. I'm sure your friends like you for who you are. :)

You know what, I understand. When I was 13 I also weighed 120 pounds, but it's not bad. It's perfect weight. If you think you weigh too much, look up body mass calculator or somthing and you can find out how much you should weigh for your age and height. DO NOT think of throwing up, I thought the same thing. It's bad. It's ruined lives and you don't get over the experience. You don't have to look like a super model to look good. If it's about guys, then listen-the one whose out there for you isn't going to care about how much you weigh. Don't listen to that little voice in your head that says he will.

Don't worry about it. 120 pounds is not fat. You just need to remember that those models are not really enjoying their life or living a normal life.
Talk with your school counselor and family. You should not think you are fat until a doctor tells you this after a thorough examination. Most people are different weights and this is normal for some to be heavier than others.

How tall are you? 120lb may not be as thin as your friends, but it's a pretty healthy weight for your age, if you are above 5ft. I can see you are intelligent enough not to start abusing your body, just eat healthily and exercise. How about rather than your goal being to become skinny, focus on toning up and making your body more athletic. Trust me, this is far more beneficial in the long run than being skinny and much more attractive! Take care : )

Don't become bulimic!!!!!!!! I'm 13 too, and I weigh almost 130. It also depends on your height, though. Go to www.seventeen.com/bmi and it'll tell you if you're a healthy weight. I know how you feel about the friends, most of my friends DO model (seriously. Ugh.) It totally sucks! But they also live totally unhealthy lifestyles (breakfast: nothing, lunch: nothing, snack: 4 cans of coke and a giant bag of chips, dinner: nothing, dessert: 1 carton of ice cream) but I excersize for at least 1 hour every day and eat really healthy stuff (I'm a vegetarian, most of my diet is lean protein and veggies and fruits) so I don't worry about my weight.

There are all kinds of supplement pills, weight loss treatments, and all kinds of other gags. They don't work. The only thing that can help you best is to eat healthy and exercise on a daily or bi-daily basis. I know what you're probably thinking...that it's too much work right? Well, commitment is the key. This is the only thing in the world that can help someone without fail. Everything else is OK to try but there is no promise.

If you want to loose weight, the things to do is cut down on you're salt and what ever else you eat. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables to. Try getting into bike riding. It seems to work for me. I rode 2 miles yesterday and 2 today. I lost 3 pounds! Just think, if you did that all most every day.

when i was 13 i was 200 pounds. I lost the weight now. U better stop taking ur size for granted. U are a good size. Stop comparing to ur friends and be urself. Sounds like ur friends might be too skinny. They should be careful before they pass out from starving their self.

Do not stop eating! That is the worst thing you could do and it doesn't help you at all! Why don't you do 50 crunches everyday making sure when you come up to flex your stomach. Also try running a mile or around the block everyday. Eat healthy. There is nothing else to it. Good luck!

Throwing up doesn't work anyway and it makes your teeth really ugly.
Start eating healthy....more fruits and veggies, less coke and junk food. Start taking walks and exercising. It is normal for a lot of girls your age to be a little overweight because it is around puberty and may mean you are going to grow some more. You may not be overweight anyway, it depends on your height.
