Well, there's a trilogy of games called the Legend of Spyro trilogy (A New Beginning, The Eternal Night and Dawn of the Dragon made in that order) which have similar movie-quality to Ratchet and Clank, but is a bit more serious in how it takes the story. Few jokes, though the jokes themselves are pretty funny. There's only one problem though: The last of the trilogy, Dawn of the Dragon, is the only one for the PS3. The other 2 are available for the PS2 which is the closest thing to PS3. The other consoles they're on are the Wii (Eternal Night and Dawn of the Dragon), PS2 (all three), Xbox (A New Beginning only), Gamecube (ANB only), Gameboy Advance (New Beginning and Eternal Night), DS (Eternal Night and Dawn of the Dragon) and Xbox 3060 (DOTD only). Interestingly, Insomniac originally made the PS1 Spyro games which eventully changed into this new trilogy, which surprisingly has more in common with the PS3 Ratchet and Clank games than the PS1 Spyro games. But they're still great games.

No I'm sorry to say that game is an exclusive title to Sony only. Just like you will never see a Mario game on the PlayStation. They are making a new Ratchet and clank game for the PS3 right now, it should be out sometime in 2007.
