You should have had some sex education in Elementary School.
You can always talk with your parents or a counselor.

Try looking for the term "urethra" rather than "pee hole". It'll increase your chances of getting a meaningful answer.

The technical term is "urethra". There's a chart of the vulva at the link, with the urethra marked.
