They stay up all night long. I can't do anything just for me. Don't get me wrong I love them and all but I need to be alone just for a few hours. I haven't seen my hubby for 3 months. My kids go back to school on Monday and I am excited. I'm excited not because they won't be in the house anymore all day, but rather for all the school activities. I always look forward for their summer break and I love having them home all day, but that's not possible so oh well that's life.

Well, I'm a parent! But I'm not at all happy about back to school! Oh, did I also mention I'm a teacher....That might have something to do with it...Sorry parents it's not your kiddos, I love children and love teaching...It's the school system and administration with their spying and belittling and etc. That no matter how hard you're working for the kids, the test scores aren't high enough and if we make you feel worthless they will miraculously improve.

I am not looking forward to school starting again. My son is 11 and my daughter is 7 and I will miss having them around. I work 50 hours a week (in two 24-hour shifts), so it's not that I have nothing else to do; I simply enjoy my kids and know that someday they will move out forever and I will miss them.

My kids start back on August 23rd. While a break would be nice, I will miss them like crazy! I am not counting down the days at all.

I'm not sure if "excited" is the right word, but I'm definitely looking forward to it. My son develops so much during the school year and it is really a blessing to see his progress. I love watching his growth and development.

I can't wait till school starts. My kids are so bored they don't know what to do with themselves. I can't wait till school starts either cause I work at the school and I don't get paid till school starts. I don't get paid for all the days that there isn't any school!
