Nice slacks or skirts, nice blouses. You don't have to wear a suit. Avoid jeans and T-shirts. Wear something conservative, like you might wear to church or a job interview.

Business Casual for a woman would be like a cute skirt and sweater or basically not a suite or anything that stuffy, a little more relaxed. A nice pair of trousers and a basic top too.

I would suggest maybe a pair of dress slacks with a quarter length sleeve button down maybe white with pink pin stripes and a white lace Cami under it and a pair of pumps. Or maybe even a cute short sleeve crisp white top with ruffles down the front with a men's type (but for lady's) vest,preferably navy or black, and a pair of red pumps (which are so in).

Wear darker colors first off, you dont wanna walk in there looking like a xmas tree. Just dont wear jeans and a teeshirt. Always wear heals also.
