How many stamps do I need?

I'm sending a CD (not in a case.. just a CD) to my friend who lives in Wisconis. I live in New Hampshire. The cd is going to be in a card-sized envelope. I might include a note or something. How many stamps should I use?!?!?

card side about 25 cents, but you want to be safe, just stick 2 stamp with 39 cents each

Weigh it at the post office. They should have the appropriate postage for the weight on the wall or at least by the scale.
