Should a president be allowed to have a 2nd job? Does it conflict with the presidents duties to the american public? Should he be forced to sell any stock or shares he has in companies? Does this allow him to bend laws in order to make his company better.

There already is such a law. The president and vice president are required to put all their holdings into a blind trust during their term in office.

No. The president does not need a second job. It would be a conflict of interest and the current president cannot handle the job he has. The president already gets a nice big salary and a number of exceptional benefits including a swell retirement package. He can also ask Congress for $89 billion and pad his own pockets with some $8 billion or so... The president should be allowed to attend school or in the current situation have round the clock assisted care.

Nearly everyone owns stock in a company through 401(k), IRA's, mutual funds, etc. To make every Gov't employee divest of any ownership in stock is penalize investment. Their are many laws that will punish Gov't employees from using undue influence over corporate policy. To expect a President to be poor or stupid not to invest in Wall Street is not expecting much from the person who would be the leader of the strongest economy in history of Earth.

If you watch only one conspiracy documentary ever, make it this one. This just might be the best introductory video out there. Understand that every claim made in this is fact, not opinion, no matter how wild it sounds. It's all easily verifiable through mainstream news archives and public documents.
