Court-appointed attorneys are normally only available in a criminal proceeding, and then generally only where there is the possibility of jail time.

Unless some particular state statute grants an attorney in civil matters, there is no constitutional right to one.

You may want to contact your local state or county bar association, and see if there can refer you to an attorney willing to do some pro bono work.

I have access to a law firm of 125 atturneys. I am part of a membership program where I only pay my small membership fee and I can talk to as many attorneys as I want everyday. If interested, IM me or email me for more info.
