how can i make my picture to a size of 600k?

subtract 600k from it.

Don't know if you can get it down to 600k, but you can try two things I know of:

save it as a jpg
or, if all else fails,
zip it.

For basic resizing of pictures i would advice the use of irfanview software.

I you would like to do more with the picture try photoshop or GIMP.

try irfan view...i love that thing!
